Processing Times

The warehouse processing times is different for each item in your order. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description page, and in your order confirmation email next to each item purchased. 

Since each purchased item requires a specific warehouse processing time certain products may delay shipment of your entire order. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. 

Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays. 

Product availability

Barstool Sports Canada currently only offers a limited assortment of best selling products in our online store. We're working hard to bring all US products into Canada but if the product you wish to purchase isn't yet available on storeca.barstoolsports.com you must purchase the item from our US store.

Made to Order & Manufacturer Direct

A small number of items in our store are printed or made when you order them. Made to order items are always indicated in the products shipping description, and in your confirmation email. If you place an order with regular items and made to order items, your order may be shipped to you in separate shipments at different times. Items printed on demand are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Additional shipping rates may apply to these items and are combined at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We currently offer flat rate shipping to all of Canada. Rates are always subject to change based on current environment and vary by distance from our warehouse in Toronto ON. Additional rates may apply at checkout for made to order items and items that ship direct from the manufacturer. Once your order leaves our warehouse located in Toronto, ON, standard domestic shipping takes 2-6 business days on average for delivery on domestic orders. Orders shipping to Northwest and remote territories may take additional time. 

Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email. Additional shipping rates may apply to these items.

Duties & Fees

Our warehouse is located in Toronto, Canada so customs duties do not apply. Local province sales taxes will be automatically calculated and collected at time of checkout with our store. No additional duties or taxes will ever be required at time of delivery. 

Expedited Shipping

Barstool Sports Store does not currently offer any expedited shipping options. While we aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that we cannot accommodate any requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing times prior to shipment on all orders is 6-10 business days.

Pre-Sale Items

Occasionally we will accept pre-sale and back-orders on certain items and during special events. Pre-sale items are clearly noted by the yellow pre-sale tag in the products image. If you have selected an item that is on pre-sale or back-ordered, the estimated ship date is visible in the product description on our website. 

If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order will not ship until all of the pre-sale items have arrived at our warehouse, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you need something more immediately, please drop us a line.
